I acknowledge I am practicing on the traditional land of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish and Suquamish People past and present, and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe. In this acknowledgement, I name my own positionality as a white settler on unceded territory after the breaking of the Treaty of Point Elliott in 1855. In recognition of this positionality, I pay monthly Real Rent Duwamish.
