Men Focused Therapy
In my work with men, I provide a space where you can explore your identity and emotions freely. I understand from lived experience how difficult it can be to navigate the pressures of patriarchal gender norms, where you’re often told to suppress vulnerability, avoid emotional expression, and define your worth through what you have accomplished or possess. These expectations can lead to feelings of isolation, as many men are taught not to reach out for help or lean on others for support. This harmful isolation can leave men feeling disconnected from themselves and others, making it harder to engage in meaningful relationships and find emotional fulfillment. In our work together, we’ll explore your relationship with masculinity and the impact societal norms have had on your well-being.
My approach is focused on healing, self-compassion, and empowerment. I want to help you nurture your masculinity in a way that feels authentic to who you are—one that embraces emotional depth, vulnerability, and connection. Together, we’ll work on fostering deeper emotional connections, both within yourself and your parts, and with others, so you can navigate life with greater freedom, understanding, and a stronger sense of self.
